This page explains what personal information Durrës Vacation Photographer ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or book a photo session, and how it is used, stored and protected.
1. What information we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, the package and date/time you request, the number of people, and any notes you choose to add. If you complete a photo-selection gallery, we also store your picks. We do not collect payment card details — payment is made in cash in person.
2. How we use it
Your information is used only to: process and confirm your booking, communicate with you by email or WhatsApp about your session, deliver your private photo gallery, and — only if you choose to leave one — request a review after your session. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
3. Photo galleries
Private online galleries (for picking favourites or downloading final edited photos) are protected by a unique, hard-to-guess link and automatically deleted from our server 7 days after creation.
Separately, a small, low-resolution thumbnail (not the full-size photo) may be kept for longer, for internal client-recognition purposes within our own admin system only — it is never shown publicly or shared with anyone else. If you would like this removed, contact us using the details in Section 8 and we will delete it.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics and a small amount of self-hosted, anonymous visit tracking (page views, general device/browser type, referring site) to understand how visitors use this website — but only after you accept this on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, none of this runs. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. This data is not linked to your name unless you separately submit the booking form.
5. How long we keep your information
Booking records are kept for our business and accounting records. Gallery photos are automatically deleted 7 days after being shared, as noted above. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7).
6. Third parties
We use standard third-party service providers to run this website and business — our web hosting provider, our email service, WhatsApp (for messages you choose to send us), and Google Analytics. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing any data that passes through their service.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, simply email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp.
